If you are a Managed Service Provider looking to build a successful cloud practice in Microsoft Azure, you’re in the right place.
The old program is still available for existing partners prior to 7/1/2022 and will remain so until 12/31/2022. Beginning January 1, 2023, all partners will move to the new program at the Standard tier if they have not signed up for a new level before then. You can apply here and select the level of your choice.
You will remain in the Standard tier.
The Partnerd tier pricing commitment includes your Nerdio licensing. For example, if you select the Bronze tier at $300 per month, this will cover your first 25 Nerdio licenses at $12 each, per month, and any additional licenses would be billed at $12 per user, per month.
At the Standard tier we include support via our Knowledge Base articles as well as our community forums where you can ask questions directed to Nerdio and other MSP partners.
Partnerd is an auto-renewing 6 month agreement with the ability to cancel at the end of each term. You can move up in the program at any time but can only cancel or move to a lower tier at the end of each renewal period.
The new Partnerd program is only available for seats and spend on Nerdio Manger for MSP due to the fact Nerdio for Azure (NFA) will be discontinued very early in 2023. Any customers still in NFA should be migrated to Nerdio Manager for MSP before enrolling in the new Partnerd Program.
You should only contact Nerdio support if you are transacting Nerdio directly or through one of the distributors that does not provide Nerdio product support on their own. If you are transacting via Sherweb or Pax8, you can still get Nerdio support (via Sherweb or Pax8) regardless of your Partnerd tier.
There are no user requirements to sign up for a Partnerd tier. However, many partners find pricing advantages kick in at certain volumes based on the license discounts and other benefits provided.
