Intune Unlocked: AI governance and Copilot readiness

Most MSPs are fielding questions about AI and Copilot from clients who don’t yet have the security and data governance in place to deploy it safely. Before any AI tool goes live in a client environment (Copilot, ChatGPT, or anything else), the device management and data protection foundation needs to be set. That's an Intune conversation, and it’s one MSPs are increasingly expected to lead. 

This session covers the practical configuration work: using Defender for Business to categorize and govern AI tool access by policy, Purview DLP for protecting sensitive data (PHI, PII) in AI-ready environments, Conditional Access policies that apply to AI tool usage, and how to push these configurations across tenants at scale through Intune. After walking through the technicals, Adam Atwell and Rolando Jimenez will discuss the MSP advisory lens to the Copilot readiness conversation as a billable service offering rather than a free consultation.
