Our hiring process

Hiring is a two-way journey, so we’ve created a transparent experience so you know what to expect.

Step 1: Apply

Submit your application! Our Talent Acquisition team reviews applications, looking for skills, experience, and culture fit. If your profile matches, we’ll reach out for next steps.

Step 2: Pre-employment assessment (30 minutes)

We partner with Wonderlic to assess candidates most likely to succeed and thrive in our roles. This quick assessment helps us better understand your skills and strengths.

Step 3: Initial screen (15-30 min video call)

Speak with one of our recruiters to discuss your background, career goals, and interest in the role and to learn more about our company, culture, and team.

Step 4: Hiring manager interview (45-60 min video call)

Selected candidates will speak with the hiring manager to discuss experience, skills, and problem-solving approaches as well as the culture and company vision.

Step 5: Technical interview, If applicable (45-60 min video call)

Time to showcase your expertise and thought process, including live problem-solving sessions for technical roles and role-specific experience for non-technical roles.

Step 6: Team interviews (45-60 min video call)

Meet with potential colleagues to get to know the team’s working styles and collaboration approaches.

Step 7: Leadership conversation, If applicable (45-60 min video call)

Some candidates will close out the interview process with a conversation with senior leadership or department heads. This is a great chance to get any remaining questions you have answered.

Step 8: Offer and decision

The selected candidate will receive a competitive offer and walk through compensation, benefits, and start date. Tip: Review the offer, discuss benefits, and clarify any questions about company culture or expectations.
