Nerdio Enhanced Support guides us through the unknown

Nerdio has helped us scale and optimize our infrastructure by making things a lot easier. But then to have the expertise behind it to be able to help you when you get stuck is just golden. My name is Bill Seybolt, and I am with Cumulus Global, and I am a Senior Cloud Advisor there. We were working on a proof of concept for one of our customers considering AVD.

We began to hit a roadblock, and this was just something completely out of our wheelhouse. And our rep, Kristi, recommended, hey, that might be something you consider is that Enhanced Support. And she sent over the paperwork, we got it signed, and we were immediately connected with somebody to help us immediately take care of the thing that we were looking to fix.

What I loved about this, typical support is you get on a call, you open a ticket, and then you wait for somebody to get back to you. I was put in touch with an engineer right away. It was just a conversation between myself and the engineer, and it was fantastic. Again, I love that the ability to just, hey.

Got a quick chat. And it's not just a thumbs up or anything like that. You know? It's a hey, maybe try this.

Maybe how about this? The bottom line is that we don't have all the answers. And so it's nice to be able to have someone that, you know, that has a pretty good depth of knowledge that can help you through those areas where you just are kind of that are not your core competency.
