Nerdio's impact on Azure infrastructure

Nerdio overall has helped us optimize the Azure infrastructure that we support for multiple clients. It's been a great tool. I mean, I'm really happy that we're here and we're involved with Nerdio. We came from the Cisco VMware VDI world and we had to move a bunch of customers very quickly about a year ago.

So just having that extra level of support really helped us. So when we were rolling out like AVD desktops and stuff, we would have some problems with an agent and stuff like that. And we were looking for support, you know, either with Microsoft or with Nerdio. So that's what's helped us out. Well, usually, it's like a Monday when nobody can log in, and that's when they went above and beyond to help us because there's you know, the entire company was sitting there waiting to log in because there was agent issues with the AVD desktop. You know, that's one of the reasons we signed up for it. It's just to have that extra level of support. You know, being able to partner with Nerdio to manage all of the Microsoft platform is going to come in real handy.

It makes it easy to assign permissions, for example, on certain things that certain techs can do. You don't have to bounce around to multiple tenants to do that. So that's probably one of the main things. The overall value, I think if you're just getting started is very, very good.

It's reasonably priced. You know you get extra support when you need it. You know, for my team, it's very valuable.
