NERDIO COMMUNITY PROGRAM

Nerdio Valued Professionals

The IT experts who evangelize, enable, and advise.

What is a Nerdio Valued Professional?

The Nerdio Valued Professional (NVP) program recognizes the IT experts who teach the wider community: the consultants, architects, and engineers whose talks, articles, and answers other IT pros already rely on.

It sits at the top of the Nerdio Community. NVPs get a direct line to the people who build Nerdio Manager, a seat at the table when the roadmap is discussed, and a stage to share what they know. In return, they keep doing what made them NVPs: showing up for the community.

Nomination-only. There is no application. NVPs are nominated by a Nerdio employee, a Microsoft employee or MVP, or a current NVP. The best way to get on the radar is to be active in the Nerdio Community and become a Nerdio Technology Champion.

What NVPs do

Evangelize

Speak at events, publish articles and videos, join webinars and podcasts, and build technical credibility across the IT community.

Enable

Bring real-world experience to customer, prospect, and partner conversations as trusted, hands-on voices.

Advise

Give structured roadmap input, take part in beta testing, and share candid product feedback with Nerdio's product team.

Who NVPs are

Consultants, architects, engineers, and recognized practitioners with sustained influence in the IT community and a track record of teaching it. Today there are 30+ NVPs across 11+ countries, with expertise spanning Nerdio Manager for Enterprise, Nerdio Manager for MSP, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, Intune, and more. Many also hold other industry recognitions.

Some run Nerdio Manager every day. Others work across the broader Microsoft cloud. All of them are people other IT pros learn from.

How NVPs are selected

  1. Nominated

By a Nerdio employee, a Microsoft employee or MVP, or a current NVP. There is no self-nomination.

  2. Reviewed

A cross-functional selection committee evaluates each nominee against documented criteria.

  3. Announced

    New NVPs are announced quarterly.

  4. Renewed

Membership is renewed annually, based on contribution.

NVPs commit to contributing each quarter, participating in NVP All-Hands, and sharing their expertise to strengthen the Nerdio and broader EUC community.

There is no self-nomination. The best path in is to be active in the Nerdio Community and become a Nerdio Technology Champion. Champions are where the program looks first.
