NerdioCon 2025 day 2 recap
Day 2 of NerdioCon 2025 kept the momentum rolling, delivering big ideas, packed sessions, and an epic closing party that attendees will be talking about long after they leave the desert.
Big ideas and bigger reveals
The morning kicked off with a celebration as we announced our Nerdio Partner of the Year award winners. Huge congratulations to Red River MS, Sogeti Nederlands B.V., Alchemy, and Softcat for leading the way and setting the gold standard for success in the Microsoft Cloud world with Nerdio. You crushed it—and we loved getting to recognize your incredible achievements.
Next up, we handed the mic to Microsoft’s own Scott Manchester, who gave a powerhouse presentation on the future of Windows 365. From supporting the ever-evolving hybrid workforce to teasing some seriously exciting innovations on the horizon, Scott made it clear: the future of work is flexible, cloud-powered, and closer than you think.
In the afternoon, it was time to roll up our sleeves and dive deep. A packed series of breakout sessions helped attendees sharpen their skills, swap ideas, and find new ways to uplevel their game. Whether it was mastering Modern Work strategies with Microsoft 365 or boosting security operations with Microsoft Defender, the sessions were fast-paced, practical, and full of real-world takeaways that everyone can start using right away.
Closing in style with Casino Night
After two full days of learning and networking, it was time to trade laptops for poker chips. The Casino Night Closing Party transformed La Quinta into a high-rolling hotspot, complete with blackjack tables, themed outfits, and the kind of friendly competition you can only find at NerdioCon.
The energy was electric as attendees tried their luck, racked up chips, and celebrated a week full of new connections, new ideas, and new possibilities. Between the casino games, great food, and lively conversations, it was the perfect send-off to an unforgettable conference.
