Following Verified Technologies’ successful implementation of Nerdio Manager for MSP, Dawson was eager to introduce the technology to customers. A law office Verified Technologies was working with had been facing significant challenges with accessing their critical line of business (LOB) applications through an unstable and slow Remote Desktop Services (RDS) farm. 

Seeking a more efficient solution, the firm considered replacing its infrastructure, which would have cost between $80,000 and $100,000, along with ongoing expenses for VMware licensing. On Dawson’s recommendation, they decided to try Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop and Nerdio.
