We’re thrilled to announce that Nerdio’s own Chief Revenue Officer Joseph Landes, Senior Director of MSP Sales Will Ominsky, and Vice President of Strategic Alliances Damian Siriani have been named CRN 2025 Channel Chiefs! This recognition highlights their commitment to empowering MSPs and enterprise partners with innovative tools and strategies that drive success in the IT industry.

Each of these leaders brings a unique perspective and approach to supporting the channel. Here’s a closer look at their impact, insights, and what this honor means to them.

Joseph Landes

For Joseph, the channel has always been about more than just technology—it’s about enabling businesses to succeed. “During my time at Microsoft, I saw firsthand the pivotal role that partners play in bringing innovative solutions to customers. When I joined Nerdio, I was excited to help MSPs and partners harness the power of Azure and modern IT solutions to transform their businesses.”

One of the most rewarding aspects of his work is seeing the lightbulb moment when a partner realizes how they can evolve and scale their business. “The toughest part has been breaking through all the noise in the market. There are so many vendors out there pitching solutions, and it can be hard for IT professionals to figure out what’s actually useful and what’s just hype. But once they see how much time and effort the right technology can save them, they’re usually all in.”

Joseph’s passion for the channel is driven by the relationships he’s built along the way. “MSPs and enterprise partners are some of the scrappiest, most resourceful people you’ll ever meet. They’re constantly finding creative ways to solve problems and grow their businesses. Being able to support them with tools that make their lives easier is incredibly rewarding.”

Will has always been drawn to the energy and adaptability of MSPs. “MSPs aren’t just intermediaries—they’re problem-solvers. They’re constantly innovating and finding ways to deliver value for their customers. That energy and drive is what keeps me coming back every day.”

Security, hybrid work, and automation are key trends Will sees shaping the channel in 2025. “Businesses want flexibility for their employees, and MSPs are stepping up to make that happen. At the same time, security is more critical than ever—customers expect rock-solid protection, and MSPs need tools that help them stay ahead of evolving threats.”

Will says that the best part of his work is seeing MSPs grow their businesses and gain confidence in cloud services. “My favorite part of working with MSPs is seeing how they take what we offer and run with it. Whether it’s saving time, reducing costs, or winning new clients, their success stories are what make this job so rewarding.”

For Damian, working with partners has always been about building long-term success. “Partners are the ones making the cloud work for their customers, and it’s our job to give them the tools, automation, and support they need to thrive in a competitive market.”

His focus has been on helping partners shift from traditional IT management to more automated and scalable approaches. “You can’t scale effectively in today’s world without automating routine tasks. Partners are realizing they need to free up time to focus on delivering higher-value services, and that’s what’s going to drive their success in the future.”

Damian is especially passionate about the role of education in the channel. “There’s a knowledge gap when it comes to cloud adoption, and I love helping partners bridge that gap. Seeing them build confidence in managing cloud environments and watching their businesses grow as a result—that’s what makes this work so fulfilling.”

A shared commitment to the channel

This CRN Channel Chief recognition celebrates not just the expertise of Joseph, Will, and Damian, but their passion for helping MSPs and partners thrive. They don’t just deliver solutions—they build relationships, guide businesses, and genuinely care about the success of those they work with.

Whether they’re simplifying automation, strengthening security, or helping partners grow their cloud practices, their impact isn’t just in technology—it’s in every success story they help create.
