This year, Nerdio turned up the innovation dial to 11, delivering game-changing Nerdio Manager for MSP and Nerdio Manager for Enterprise features that made IT simpler, smarter, and, dare we say, more fun.

- Multi-Entra ID support: Enhanced capabilities for managing multiple Entra ID environments made it easier for large organizations to maintain secure and scalable operations.
- Auto-scale Insights: A data-driven approach to scaling Azure Virtual Desktop environments, this feature provided enterprise IT teams with clear, actionable insights for cost-effective management.
- Native Analytics and Reporting: We enabled IT teams to make data-driven decisions instantly with built-in dashboards, tracking everything from performance and user activity to costs—no third-party tools required.
- Nerdio Copilot: With AI-powered assistance automating time-consuming tasks, such as provisioning and troubleshooting, your IT team was able to stay ahead of challenges while focusing on strategic initiatives.
A partnership built on security and trust
This year, we deepened our partnership with CIS (Center for Internet Security), bringing CIS Benchmarks and CIS Hardened Images into the Nerdio ecosystem. These industry-standard security frameworks provide IT teams with an added layer of confidence, ensuring compliance and reducing risk while streamlining operations.
Making an impact at events around the globe
In 2024, Nerdio made waves globally, connecting with MSPs, enterprise IT leaders, and industry experts. NerdioCon 2024 delivered impactful sessions on security, advanced reporting, and cost management, equipping attendees to elevate their IT strategies.
Beyond NerdioCon, we hosted 28 MSP Training Camps for over 900 attendees and stole the show at events, such as XChange March, TMT Boot Camp, and IT Nation Connect, with creative, award-winning experiences. On the enterprise front, Nerdio shined at more than 110 third-party events, from Gartner conferences to Microsoft Ignite, where our Nerdio shuttle became a crowd favorite. With 11 Enterprise Training Camps transforming IT for more than 200 attendees, Nerdio brought a bold mix of fun, innovation, and value to every stage.
