Making Microsoft 365 management easier with Nerdio
Before Nerdio, the challenges that we faced were a lot of back and forth between tenants, you know, at an MSP of multiple engineers setting up different things at all the time and someone would do something slightly different and just managing those components. Putting that all into one single pane of glass and saying here is everything packaged up nice and we're gonna automate these things and really having a product that focused on the cloud rather than on-prem has been awesome. I do standardization of our customer setups. I use Nerdio as my tool to standardize. A great example is we have like three different AVs. We have two MDRs, EDRs. I've been using Nerdio to see who has what, where it is, and how we can consolidate that now in the best path forward. We make some more profit for something we were doing anyway and doing it easier with Nerdio. The customer is super happy because they had this set price. And by doing that, we kinda got a win-win for for everybody.
