My name is George Apostolidis from Teleglobal Consulting Group, and I'm the Chief Solutions Architect there. Nerdio Enhanced Support is worth every penny. It's a time saver, lifesaver, and, again, it's just peace of mind. I know I sleep better at night.
My techs feel better at night. New technology, you don't know all the moving parts under the hood. But, you know, that one call, guys will solve it. The whole experience just was very elevated.
It exceeded our expectations. They were proactive, knowledgeable, and peace of mind. A lot of the techs go above and beyond that we had with our experience with the advanced support. They take their time.
They help us walk through things and educate us. So they don't just assist us in fixing the solution. They give us, like, a proactive approach of what to do next time. So it's also a knowledge transfer that we can leverage the next time so we don't have to call them for the same issue.
In terms of a specific major issue that we have, no one wants to walk into the office and clients calling you that they're... we can't log into AVD. So the AVD team, we got into the office. One of my techs immediately got on the horn with them, and they were proactive, and they saw the issue right away. And the client was up and running within minutes.
Nerdio Edvanced Support is a step above our other vendors that we use. Faster service, techs are knowledgeable, personable. They just wanna help. They're not just trying to fix the problem and get off the phone. So they actually take their time, and it's a very refreshing experience. Nerdio advanced support has, because it's a time saver for us, again, and also peace of mind, has, freed up our time to definitely leverage other Nerdio aspects, whether it's Intune and get our other techs to focus on security aspects and not only the infrastructure part of AVD.
