Nerdio Enhanced Support has definitely exceeded my expectations. I mean, to be honest, part of what we love Nerdio so much is the interaction, the people, but really the knowledge. Sharing the information with us is really valuable. You know, teaching first.

The Enhanced Support is kind of a natural extension of that for us. My name is Miguel. I'm the Director of Technical Services for Knight Office Solutions. The Enhanced Support team was able to solve a pretty important issue we had with one of our customers in San Antonio. We had worked on migrating them to the cloud in Azure using Azure files, with the AVD environment. And we were running into a lot of issues with mapping and permissions. And, you know, our engineering team worked through all sorts of scenarios, trying to get the deliverable to the customer.

When we reached out to Nerdio Enhanced Support, their team had a pretty quick answer for us. They validated what we were doing right, gave some guidance on what we didn't do correctly. They even provided some PowerShell scripts in the email to us and said, hey, look, if you have any more questions, just call us.

So what had taken us two and a half weeks to try to work through, they were able to just give us some real, real answers real quick. So that was super helpful for us. I don't think that Enhanced Support really compares to other services. I don't think there's anything else kind of like it, you know?

With the Nerdio program, I feel like we reach out with a question and they get us to who we need to right away. Where Nerdio Enhanced Support has been able to help us is it really helps us draw the line, like with the support teams and with the engineering team so they can do what they need to do, what we're asking them to do. Again, you know, we can have people focus on more activities as opposed to spending hours or days or weeks on solving problems for us. But it really has helped us be able to do more to have more opportunities out there.

Just get it. I mean, it's a great program. It's a fantastic program. You're going to get what you pay for and more.

You're not going to be able to get anything comparable with any other programs or any other staffing.
