Nerdio's role in M365 management

Nerdio allows other MSPs to grow because they're in such close alignment with what Microsoft's doing there. Multi-tenant management of Microsoft 365 is a beast. Consistent management across the whole of M365 is definitely something that is underappreciated from a practice management standpoint. We've been looking for a way to standardize our M365 environments for years, used other products, of course, that have been in the space and aimed to go and solve these problems for us, but none of them have met our appetite or our requirements.

And really from a Nerdio standpoint, the growth in the product on the Modern Work side, you guys have just done a great job of keeping up with expanding value. Nerdio is really allowing us to do two things: One, the things that we're doing well, to continue to do them easier, and then really it's positioning us to expand our service value prop. We work directly with the product team at Nerdio, and we actually feel like our voices are heard because we have a common cause and a common value system. The alignment of strategy around the Microsoft Cloud services is really what I feel like makes Nerdio and Kite Tech a great pairing.

MSPs, if you're not using any form of modern management, you need to take a look. Bet on the right strategic partners.
