Benefits of Nerdio Enhanced Support

Nerdio Enhanced Support is a time saver for sure, is peace of mind, and really a partner. Being able to give my team an avenue to call another team that I trust personally has tremendous value for me, just peace of mind. We get so much value in knowing that we can just send a ticket in, say this is probably going to be escalated, you might as well send it up. Then once we get over, we get time with people.

We really value face-to-face interaction with folks to work through problems live across both our infrastructure support on the AVD side. A lot of value there because we don't have that knowledge in-house. In addition to that, our projects team has reached out and spoke with folks at the Enhanced Support team. And I expect that as we continue to grow in our adoption on the product as a whole, we'll probably see more of that on our SecOps side as well.

There's a whole team ready to help solve out-of-scope problems. I know from our experience internally, we all benefit from the shared experience model that we can do a value exchange based on what we've learned in the industry. So I see a lot of that. Nerdio Enhanced Support is heart. And that, for me, is like people who do people, is really important to our business and our foundation of customers.

We look for our customers that care about people. That extends to really the Nerdio team, but it really just shines when you get to work with the Enhanced Support and see that knowledge, things you wouldn't think about, things you can learn and take back to your team.
