Nerdio Enhanced Support is worth every, every single penny. I always look at how long my guys spend trying to figure stuff out. Your time is valuable. You should be out there getting more business.
If I can have Nerdio Enhanced Support for the amount that you're paying for it, it's really not much. It removes a lot of the overhead. With Enhanced Support, we sat down with a technician, we showed them what the problem was, and they were able to kind of say, hey, implement this policy, group policy. Their knowledge sticks with us.
My guys know now, they don't even sit there, waste half their day trying to figure out a problem. They just open a ticket with Enhanced Support.
The problem is either resolved the same day or it's just a matter of troubleshooting, but at least they're not spinning the wheels, losing their time, my time, clients' time, and frustration from everybody. It's just great to be able to, I'm just gonna email Enhanced Support and open a ticket up. The response is very quick. Nerdio's Enhanced Support increased the efficiency with our team.
