Partnering with Nerdio for efficiency
We've been a partner with Nerdio for a long time and evolved with them, as our client requirements have changed. We used to serve a very direct model, and now we prefer the co-managed model with our customers where we continually unlock value with them. Nerdio, as I mentioned, have evolved with us, and the platform has grown strength to strength, with our input, which has been immensely valuable to us and the partnership that that brings with it. The Nerdio team are very receptive to what we have to say in terms of evolving the product.
We operate in the managed services space, so any efficiency that we can bring in there is gonna have a major impact for us and for our customers. And it's not only helped us, it's helped our customers as well, simplifying a lot of the interface over what Microsoft provides. So meaning our support team can be more efficient in what they do and being able to have, you know, a centralized managed service portal, MSP principle to serve many customers in the same consistent way as I mentioned. And then the repetitive tasks, just being able to automate those, script them out, and and really provide that elevated level of service that our customers are looking for.
The time free up is not only efficiency and broadening out what we can offer our customers, it also is enabling us to broaden out what we do with Nerdio. We're very focused around AVD for now, but, obviously, there's a lot more into the M365 suite that we're looking at and responding to what our customers are looking for in that space. You should partner with Nerdio because they really are focused on the digital natives that are relevant in the market today and those digital natives really expect a simplified interface that provides a lot of value and that is done in conjunction with a partner.
