We are very excited to announce the start of our public preview program of the mobile app version of our Nerdio Admin Portal (NAP). The app is dubbed simply "Nerdio Portal", keeping in line with the brevity and quick use expected of mobile apps.

Nerdio Portal is geared towards our Nerdio partner community. As an MSP, we know you are working odd hours and in various locations – very frequently away from your desk where you have those large screen monitors. The mobile app is a perfect companion to the web version of Nerdio Admin Portal.

The mobile app is focused on making your life easier when managing IT environments in three key ways:

  • Look up information about your customers' IT environments
  • Execute common requests from your end-users
  • Work with Nerdio Admin Portal in a mobile friendly way

The mobile app follows a format you are already familiar with on the web version. You log in to the app using your usual NAP credentials. Once logged in, you select the customer environment (Nerdio for Azure, or NFA, account) you want to manage. Once you have tapped to drill in, you can manage Users, Groups, Shared Mailboxes and Servers. You can also look up Azure and Office 365 environment information. And based on early feedback from our partners, the most popular feature is likely going to be the access to Logs. Finally, you can view status of tasks you have kicked off and review past history.

**Note that this app is for Nerdio for Azure only

Join Nerdio public preview by simply trying out our mobile app and leaving us feedback. The feedback you provide will help us identify and fix issues, and make the mobile app even better with your suggestions.
